Not what you'll want to hear, but I've had to learn to listen to what my liver was telling me- and on several occasions I've had to do several consecutive nights of Liver Flushing
in a row. My liver had been so congested and sick for so long, that I had alot of gunk to get out of it. It never failed to be right if I would listen to my inner voice that I needed to do another one right away.
If you keep taking magnesium malate daily, or drinking apple juice regularly, you can be ready to do a Liver Flush
without having to do much preperation. If I've done the Epsom Salts
as they are called for, and then find I need to do another flush the next night because of more stones needing to come out, then I don't do more Epsom Salts
again that night before the flush. Just the next morning when I get up.
I prefer the coke flush too, just because of being able to do them without being nauseous...but I won't do them without still doing the Epsom Salts
Another thing that really helped alot was castor oil packs and a heating pad over it for several hours. In fact, there were times that I slept all night with a castor oil pack over my liver.
The longer a person has been sick, and the more toxic they are, the more flushes you might have to do before you feel relief and before the liver doesn't congest right back up again.
were weekly for me, out of necessity because of my liver hurting.
Milk thistle and liver support herbs...can make it worse if your liver is very congested too.
