Well, Im in Italy right now, and Im finding it hard in the city Im in to find organic foods, so Ive been really eating nothing but some inorganic fruit. Im in a city called Perugia in Umbria. I had a couple meals here in the city and everything tasted like someone dumped a Mortons canister on the food. Even at "Good" restaurants as Im told, salty as all get out. I know Im in a hustle and bustle of a University city but diets seem no different here then in America. Maybe when I venture out into the country side Il find that so called, "Mediteranean Diet" Im always hearing about. Anyways this message is about the salt. Il tell ya when you start getting your body cleaned out youll taste it all right. I use Himalayan salt or Redmonds in pinches, but I dont have any on me here, you know the difference in taste when you have the normal crap compared to anything half decent(Salt that is). I just had my first bath in Chlorinated water too in about em.. a decade or so. Smelt like someone dropped a few tabs of Chlorine bars in my tub, skin felt like it was even drying out while I was in the water. Its difficult to adhere to a diet when theres nothing healthy around to sustain you :(
