And congratulations on your successes!
I love that you use the word 'joy'...so appropriate.
Thank you also for telling about the castor oil flush, and some of your results.
Sometimes those who have had successes forget to update us all...perhaps they go on to other interests.
Personally, I feel proud that you have been quietly reading our posts, and that they helped you.
That's what posting is for...to help the quiet ones, as well as those who ask.
Somehow I think we are all the same...life happens, and we all need to hear how others deal with it, and the good things we all can look forward to.
Many thanks for posting...we are glad to know you.
Hm...you mention cigs and the Master Cleanse. Another great victory, of great interest to me.
I am currently posting my experiences, stopping, on the Addiction: Tobacco forum.
Just yesterday I read this post there, and my view changed dramatically...
Going to fetch the link, I see a post against the idea.
That's okay by me, but I must tell you that relief of the idea that I am 'bad', even just for 24 hours, has done me much good.
I will still quit, of course, because we need the money...and because R.G. offers another way to cleanse the lungs.
Where we are moving smoking is a no-no, so, this morning, I came up with the idea of "walk out and smoke." ..Walk out on wild lands to have a cig, if absolutely necessary.
...Being absolutely careful of fire, of course.
At least, the pressure/stress is off. A great bonus.
Thanks for telling me your experiences. ...A great voice for reason.
My best to you,
