Eggs are great, especially for Candida diets.
I suggest raw eggs are better than cooked. I blenderize 2 eggs with 6 ounces
of raw milk and raw cream and (a spoon) of raw honey every day.
Also, don't go cheap with them. Go organic and free range at least, if possible try to find a farm fresh source where the hens do NOT eat soya and go to pasture.
