I went to see my GP a couple of weeks ago regarding a condition that he recommended a general blood test for (I'm of that age ;). I started UT about 2-3 months ago, drinking half a small cup mid-flow, 1st urination of the day.
I have been called back for a further test due to a high (although not worryingly high) Creatine (or possibly Creatinine) reading. Is it possible this may have been caused by my UT ? ...and has anyone else experienced this?.....or am I just heading for kidney failure?
Also, I started UT as a preventative rather than in response to any condition.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,460,898Yes! Exactly the same thing happened to me. I stopped UT and my creatinine level dropped. I also found that I had an urgent need to pee whenever I did UT so I couldn't practise any more. This was about 6 months ago.
I still do UT eye baths.
I am about to do a blood test for something different so I will ask the doctor about creatinine levels and UT. Also, I should add, the urgent need to pee has returned so I might have other health issues- Re: high Creatine result in blood te... yeom1977

This is a reply to # 1,466,269I also faced similar symptom. I believe My normal CR level 1.1 but after UT for 1 month. It was raised up to 1.35. I'm very worry about keeping doing UT after facing this phenomenon. Does anyone have any new finding for raised creatinine level? Because of this, I can't do UT anymore even though I know UT is very good remedy. I really want to do UT more ! Can any anyone help me?
