I just transitioned to a vegan diet/semi raw two weeks ago and have been experiencing some crazy bloating symptoms! I've never been bloated like this before, people are even asking me if I'm pregnant! :( I'm exercising everyday, I drink 60 oz
of lemon water a day, I eat at least three cups of raw veggies a day and sprinkle flax seeds in my black bean soup. I'm an A blood type so maybe I'm just having trouble adjusting digestively, but I've been taking enzymes and that doesn't seem to be doing the trick either. I even feel a little constipated which doesn't make sense to me 'cause meat and dairy usually constipate me. When I first started I was having regular bowel movements every time I ate and now virtually nothing. I really don't know what to think and I'm really self conscious at this point because I'm a small person and everyday I seem to be gaining weight in my belly only! I even had a pregnancy test even though I just had my period just to make sure and I have the papers to prove, I'm not preggers. I don't know where to go from here, but I want to be healthy. Does anyone know where I'm coming from? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
