I JUST put a post up about how I was cured of Candida. I am pasting it below. Now, before you read this...please note that I am NOT NOT NOT trying to sell you anything. I don't have any way to take your money, I don't have a product to sell, and all my information is free. Why? Because I went through such an awful time from having Candida and if it wasn't for searching around for info on the internet, I don't know if I would have ever figured out what it even was, let alone knew how to cure it.

Probiotics like kefir will help reestablish the flora. Let it ferment a little longer than normal to reduce the Sugar as much as possible. I recommend a big glass full in the morning and one in the evening before going to bed. Follow it with a little water to wash the teeth of and to dilute the stomach acid. And you will need prebiotic fibers to stimulate the growth of the flora. My favorite prebiotics are rice bran, oat bran, or fructooligosaccharides (FOS).

Eat vegetables and granny smith apples....eliminate Sugar from your diet(and simple carbs)...do a 3 days VCO fast(it's easy)...take fiber and drink lots of filtered water...you will feel 20 years younger in a month! Try GSE(10-15 drops) with water 3 times a day for 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks(and VCO fast), get a good powdered probiotic and take it for 2 weeks.

If you really want to fix it, stop ALL sugar, yeast, alcohol, dairy and caffeine. I also had to take Diflucan for 2 1/2 months.

i don't think you have the right mindset saying if it doesn't work you are going to just give up. If something is causing you pain you should fight it. The fact of the matter is the programs for Candida are somewhat sub par. To immediately deem a product that is sold on the internet a scam is wrong.
