I have IBS and wondered whether there are any lasting or longterm effects from the Epsom Salts taken during the gallstone cleanse on my IBS. Any ideas?

  This is a reply to # 148,196
  I had to cut the ES to 1 tsp. per dose and I don't seem to have any problem with that amt.
