The Prescription for Nutritional Healing book has quite an long list supplements that can be taken.
If you can go to a library to consult a copy or a health store it could be a good idea.
Among the items found here are a few:
-Alpha-Lipoic Acid Antioxidant protecting the liver
-Free-form amino acid complex Suppliy necessary protein that take less strain off the liver.
-Glutathione + L-arginine + L-Cysteine + L-methionine Protect and detoxifiy the liver
-Selenium Forte Protect against liver cancer
-Coenzyme Q10 Enhance tissue oxygenation
-Lecithin Granules Prevents fatty liver
-Multi vit + Vit B complex
-Vit C + Bioflavonoids 5-10 Gr
-Vit E 200 IU daily
-Calcium 1,500 mg daily + Magnesium 1,000 mg daily Essential for blood clothing
-Essential Fatty acids (primrose oil or salmon oil or shark liver oil – kyolic-EPA combat inflamation
Artichoke, Ayurvedic medecine, Burdock and dandelion, Milk thistle extract (w/ silimarin), Olive leaf extract, Turmeric
-Raw veg and fruits for 2-4 weeks (include artichokes)
-Only steam distilled water
-Avoid all fats, sugar, and processed foods
-Avoid raw fish and shellfish and animal proteins
-Avoid chemical and food additives
-Get plenty of bed rest
Use chlorophyll-containing enema 3 times a week (ex Wheatgrass juice)

With the above said here are some comments:
Vit C is an acid (ASCORBIC ACID) so it would be advisable to follow an alkalizing diet. The raw diet prescribed above should help in that regard.
If you want to monitor pH level I would suggest you to buy some pH paper to measure your saliva and urine pH.
When in acidosis – an alkalizing diet will enhance of the healing process. As you read more about alkalizing and viruses you will understand more the importance of pH balance.
If you take Vit C orally, it might be preferable to take in the buffer form: Calcium Ascorbate, Sodium Ascorbate.
