too much too fast, imv
couple things I'm filing away though, for my next water fast
*food-grade (35% diluted to 3% h202 spray for the skin..or possibly for the mouth, just to help with buffering acid waste.
* "solarized blue water" (you make it in a blue glass bottle, covered and potentized in the sun) It makes an amazingly sweet and clean water that works to "clean memories".
* all healing is healing from the past *, and this goes well beyond the purely physical.
*mind is the builder* ~ it's been said again and again, and is one of the foundational "secrets" to getting 'back to the garden', so to speak.
A lot of memory is cellular, and thus almost never 'moves', which is one reason Water Fasts
can be so amazing: they can let the body get down to working at a deep level- especially combined with meditation and prayer etc. rather than the other more 'gross' approach: excess focus on exercise.
Both seem like a very good adjunct to the water fast. The H202 gives the body an oxygen boost, which is just goodness all around, in these days of reduced atmospheric oxygen, and the lack of oxygen in acidic body conditions.
A person can store the blue water, bathe in the blue water, take a few drops in their drinking water, or do as some people do and drink all-solar-blue-water. I think though, it's best to start off easy with all these things, and mainly, just respect the simple.
Finally, I'll probably take a few drops of flower and gem essences, now and then -that I make myself. On the crown of the head, to avoid an ingestion of brandy (the preservative)

I strongly suggest thinking in terms of sets of seven day cycles. That is, consider personally noting the way these work. Each one constitutes a deeper level of work, in my view--and is best not interrupted--as I did, quitting on day 29.
