I am morbidly obese and find that when I eat grains, I tend to just pig out on them. If I have one piece of toast even with a healthy breakfast, I get ravenous throughout the day, versus if I have the healthy breakfast, but without the 1 piece of toast.
I tend to lose weight when I cut out grains and Sugar
(sugar is the hard one). I have lost a lot of weight this way.
How can I tell if I have a candida problem?
This may be tmi, but I have had a couple of yeast problems.....they don't ever appear as stereotypical yeast infections, but my doc described them more as severely irritating the skin, like a form of jock itch (sorry if that is tmi). I have had them treated, but I think they come back every few years when they get painful.
