Hello

recently my doctor had me do a colon X-ray. I ended up getting a Bowel Prep kit, which included Fleet Phospho-Soda buffered Saline Laxative and 4 tablets of Bisacodyl USP Stimulant Laxative. I took the medication the day before completing the X-ray.
After taking the medication and cleaning my colon of all the c$%&, I felt so good, like a million bucks.

While searching the net I found there are other ways of cleansing the colon.

Is there any other methods is prefer over using the above such as herbal products or another way?. I am thinking in doing the same thing using Fleet Phospho-Soda in few months.
