Folks, I have recently found a source for organically grown fresh/raw Habanero Peppers (they are not "certified" organic, but they are grown organically...in fact, the grower applies far better than typical 'organic standard growing methods')! Here's how they are grown:
>>>I am not certified organic but do practice organic techniques using French intensive approach. Composted manures, Bone meal, Rock Phosphate, and Greensand then as the season progresses Fish emulsion foliar spray. Some chemical compounds occur naturally I use only OMRI listed chemicals<<<
The order I received didn't have ANY duds - I was THRILLED with the quality! There's approximately 65 individual peppers in pound.
They also offer dried Habbies (remember, dried peppers are MUCH hotter than their raw counterparts).
Here's the information:
>>>seller requested contact information be removed; no longer available<<<
prices (unbelievably reasonable!):
We sell the Fresh Orange Habaneros for $5.00 a LB.
It's cheaper to ship 2, 3, 4, 5 pounds
in a Flat Rate Box
Price of Habs go down to $4.00 LB if 20 pounds
or more ordered (PLUS Shipping, of course)
1 Pound of Dried Orange Habanero's for $45.00 Priority shipment included.
ATTENTION! The growing season ends with the first frost (which is typically around December 15). Fresh habbies won't be available again in the US until August/September of next year. GET 'EM WHILE THE GETTIN'S GOOD!
Healthiest of blessings -
