Questions About Coffee Enemas & Live...

OK this may be old hat to you more experienced Flushies out there.. but I've been picking up so many conflicting opinions and so much different information about coffee enemas, when to do them, and how... I'd like to get some definitive answers...
So please guys what's the answer to the following questions:
1.) Do coffee enemas actually help improve Liver Flushing results?
2.) If so, when do you do the coffee enema? Before or after taking Epsom Salts ? Before or after taking Olive Oil/Grapefruit juice? The morning after OO/GFJ? Later on in the day? etc...
3.) Which is the best recipe/ method for making the coffee enema solution? How much do you use? How many times do you take a coffee enema per liver flush?
4.) Which is the best type and brand of enema coffee? "s.a. Wilson's Therapy Blend"???

I'm not one of the more experienced flushers, only done two but I do a coffee enema the following morning to remove stones and toxins because I don't use Epsom Salts (afraid of nausea). The coffee needs to be organic, the brand I order off internet is from Optimal Health Network. You may be able to pick up organic coffee at health food stores but I'm in a small town so no health food store. My recipe uses 3 Tbls. to 6 cups of distilled water that I make the coffee with and after its made I add another 5 cups of distilled water.
It has worked well for me this way, get lots of stones and yeast out, I have candida. I usually follow the coffee enema with a couple warm water ones to make sure all the stones and toxins are out. Hope this helps

I have done three flushes so far - not an expert!
coffee enemas do help bile ducts open, so they do help the flush. The alkaloids in the coffee also cleanse the blood and liver, so that detoxification symptoms are minimized and the body is able to do more cleansing during the flush.
The Coffee-Enema can be done after taking the first dose of Epsom Salts , and it is even more important to do the Coffee-Enema the day after the flush, to help the body detoxify.
I use one heaping tablespoon of coffee per cup of water, and I do two coffee enemas in a row, two cups each, retained 15 minutes.
I use whatever coffee is sitting on my kitchen counter.
The coffee enemas help tremendously - they get rid of all the detox symptoms of headache, nausea, feeling crummy. - Coffee enemas are very helpful MidlothianGirl

I didn't flush, though. I just find them very beneficial even without flushing.
I have done them off and on for years. I might go for many months without doing one. Then, I'll do them once a week or every two weeks if I'm feeling a bit constipated.
They really help clean you out a lot. I highly recommend them after a flush to help pull all the stones out.
I use 3 tablespoons of organic coffee only in 2 quarts of filtered water.
I would NOT use tap water as it contains loads of chlorine, which is notorious for causing candida overgrowth.

now left with Severe brain for. Shelley says coffee enemas
can cause adrenal exhaustion, but I have not found that
information anywhere else, but feel she may be right. Please
state your experience or information. I did Liver Flush
# 15 lastnight and have had a horrible Round worm Tapeworm
problems in my liver and gallbladder. Yes, everytime I
Liver Flush I pass more roundworms from my liver throught
the gallbladder. MY right shoulder was locked and frozen
with the creatures and NOw it is almost free, but I now
have severe brain fog and IBS which I did not have before

MoreThis is a reply to # 154,964I can tell you about my experience with coffee enemas. I also used to do quite a few. At first I felt a lot better, but then I noticed that I felt weaker and had some brain fog after doing one.
coffee enemas are very powerful, they filter the blood and get a lot of junk out. But they also get some of the good stuff out. The Gerson protocol for recovering from life threatening disease recommends four coffee enemas a day. BUT, you also have to drink 8 glasses of freshly made veggie and fruit juices a day. Those replenish a lot of the lost electrolytes and whatever else of the good stuff these enemas get out.
From my own experience, I noticed my brain fog disappearing when I quit them for a few weeks. I then felt "normal" again. Also, having a strong homemade vegetable broth with Celtic Sea Salt helped.
Now, when I feel the need to do a coffee enema I use half the coffee I used to use (I used 3 Tbsp per enema). That has helped, too.

This is a reply to # 155,037It would also be good to attempt to replenish the body quickly after all of those cleansing procedures and to speed up recovery. They do your body immense good, but you also have to take care of the other side of the coin.
I would highly recommend veggie broths, fresh juices or EmergenC. A lot of people here advocate EmergenC for the replenishment of electrolytes. I myself prefer broths or juices because they are completely natural. I made myself a very strong vegie broth (4 cups of it) after one depleting coffee enema and it fixed me up almost immediately.
By the way, you may not want to quit the coffee enema completely after a liver flush, because it does open up the bile ducts. Unless of course, you use all of the recommended doses of Epsom Salts , which also open up the bile ducts.

This is a reply to # 155,037This is an old post but I have adrenal exhaustion and coffee enemas do NOT affect the adrenals unless you drink it.
I cannot agree with that issue at all.
The ENEMA itself depletes your body of minerals --any kind of enema. Being weak after enemas is more Potassium and Magnesium deficiency then anything else. I agree with althena.... take broth or supplements.
