Sorry to hear of your pain troubles.
Sounds like you got a hard stone stuck in the duct leading from the Gall Bladder to the Intestines (a scan would confirm). Please be aware the Gall Bladder is like a side chamber with the main duct for bile linking intestine and liver - so you could well be producing bile (turning your stool brown)which travels direct from liver to intestines but with a blocked Gall Bladder. (see liver diagrams if unsure).
The key to unblocking is to recognise all ducts have a smooth muscle layer in their construction, which can relax or contract. For good flush effects you want the smooth muscle to be relaxed.
(Magnesium Sulphate) is generally recommended, as Magnesium is a key mineral involved in muscle relaxation, and is quite often short in many people. But Potassium and Calcium are also involved in muscle relaxation, and if these are short, Magnesium alone may not do the trick.
In your situation, it might be an idea to up your diet with Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium before trying anothr Liver Flush. The best way to do this is by making freshly prepared Vegetable juices using a wide range of vegetables, from a juicing
machine, one to three large glasses a day for a good week. There are folk who also recommend plenty of apple juice in the lead up to Liver Flush
(Malic Acid softens the cholesterol stones).
When you then have a go with Liver Flush, follow exactly the Clarke program, and timing with Epsom Salts
/ Olive Oil, including Epsom Salts
next morning. Hopefully your ducts will be fully relaxed and you will have moved the stuck stone.
Finally, make a move on this sooner than later, stuck stones, pain and inflamation does not seem like a good situation.
Hope this is helpful.
