Hello folk x
I have been fasting for 14 days and have started to feel nauseous at night . I am not hungry and the restlessness and nausea are really challenging me.
I am grateful that I have been able to make 14 days and wanted to know if I accomplish another week what the added benefits may be?
I know it is a personal thing and everybody reacts differently but would like to know if there is a shift or other things for people in week 3?
I am not fasting to lose weight but to rebalance health.
