i'm doing my first flush, tomorrow night, so i've been reading up on all the tips and know hows, but i'm curious.... is there a specific juice/supplement/diet to follow the day after? (and the day before for that matter) i mean, from all you flush veterans, what is a good way to ease your system back into the swing of things?
I would guess just salad greens, fruits, broth, steamed veggies might be appreciated.
i've been eating very lightly the last week as a sort of cleanse to begin with, and i'm thinking of doing the same for the next month, along with a couple more liver flushes.
any tips are well appreciated.
