THE BIGGEST suggestion I have is make sure you do a Colon Cleanse first or with a parasite cleanse to make sure your eliminating those bad guys. If your constipated (not pooping 1-3 x a day) then you need to move your colon cleansing along until you are or you could have "die off" which is probably what you are nervous about.

Its not as scary as some people make it out to be at all.
