Sometimes it takes awhile for the Epsom Salts to start "working". Epsom Salts (the magnesium) work by drawing water into the intestines which is then expelled as diarrhea. By the morning after taking the first dose or doses of Epsom Salts , the body has usually expelled all the water it has available. Usually, when I do a LF, I don't get any effects from the epsom salts until AFTER I start drinking water again the next morning. So..... take the epsom salts..... wait a good hour or hour and a half and then start drinking water. Once the water is available to your body, it will start the diarrhea. If there is STILL no results, I would make a point of drinking a lot more water in the days leading up to the flush, so your body is hydrated and the epsom salts work better.
