I started flushing because I had a bad gb attack in jan 2004. I flushed for the first time in march 2004 and had lots of stones out. Then, pain returned a bit, but much milder. I guess it has taken me about 10 flushes to get rid of most of my stones, but every now and then, some flushes seemed to have moved my bile so much that i had to go to another flush right away. This means that up to my 15th flush(more or less) i still had some sort of discomfort.
The discomfort is gone now. I used to flush every two weeks and now I flush every two months or and i feel that some discomfort is coming back. I eat everything, although i avoid processed foods, fatty /fried foods, I don´t eat meat, and no ice cream. In my last flush two weeks ago I pushed about a hundred stones some as large as nickel.
I take on a daily basis Artichoke Tincture that helps the stagnant bile to move and also Chanca Piedra which is supposed to crunch and soften gallstones.
If I were in your shoes i would keep on flushing every two weeks or until you notice that bad sym, ptoms are gone.
Remember it has probably taken you years to conngest your liver and gb, so, you should allow some time to undo the damage.
Flushes do work, but for some of us many are necessary. I don´t particularly love flushing but it has become such an ordinary procedure for me that when i feel i need it I just go for it right away.
