Most people do the flush without doing the parasite one. Not every "guru" find it important that you do it, so it depends who you follow.
Most people with Gallstones jump into the flush because they want to feel better quicker. I did flushes for almost a year till I found out about the parasite cleanse. I tried it once but did not feel any different,so some day I might try it again.

I´ve never done any parasite cleansing and have been successful with my liver flushes. As I follow Mrs Chang´s flush protocol I went straight to the flushing procedure and that worked out fine for me.

I have a friend who had odor problems and after a few flushes her problems has drastically dimished.

Your best bet would be to order a bottle of Clarkia which has everyting combined. There should be a link for this on Hulda Clerks page somewhere. I am in the process of taking it myself. I had very good results on my first flush, but I am still having pain ,and so I thought the Clarkia might help to cleanse my liver and get things moving.
