Easy! I have been on the candida diet for over three months and have to be careful not to eat too many of the fattening foods on this diet that I love. Such as Almonds, Avocados,Black Olives,Plain Yogurt,Meat and Eggs and the essential coconut and olive oils. I use olive oil salad dressing with crushed garlic herb salt and dried sweet basil. I use plenty of coconut oil over my brown rice cereal with coconut milk cinnamon and two drops of liquid stevia. I also would eat unprocessed Trky sandwhich meat made without Antibiotics
or hormones on my favorite buckwheat flat bread which I love to eat with with avocado tomatoes and lettuce. I make lentils with organic ground hamburger onion tumeric and herbamare salt. My favorite morning smoothie is made with mountain high yogurt (never the low or fat free kind)blended with soaked chia seeds and a few frozen strawberries two to three times a week. I Also love, parfait with chopped pecans and choped granny smith apple or a few frozen blueberries. I have a mean cabbage roll recipe and my chicken soup recipe consists of rutabaga, onions, zucchini, brocoli and cauliflower and garlic. Sometimes I make my flat bread a little crispy with onion and garlic pwd basil and herbs and eat it like chips with fresh salsa. You can find so many tasty recipes that are not void of fat. Many recipes can be altered or adjusted to fit the diet too. For example, I didn't like my buckwheat flat bread as well until I made some adjustments to the recipe by adding an egg and 1/4 cup coconut , almond flour and 1/4 cup flax meal and herbs like sweet basil and mexican seasoning(from mountain rose herbs. I also add a pinch more of baking pwd. The longer I am on this diet the easier it gets and the more delicious recipes I come by. :)good luck!
