Remember that if you are not putting anything in your digestive system, not much is going to come out. Some people have the mistaken impression that all the toxins in the body are released into the colon and massive ropes will be passed. Nothing could be further from the truth. Toxic waste is passed through the skin (hence the breakouts), tongue, lungs, processed and broken down by the liver, and eliminated in the urine. When you are fasting, or even eating very little fiber, solid bowel movements become small and infrequent.
The Master Cleanse is cleansing your body, including your liver. If you have any hardened plaque in your colon, then it is probably being softened too. but will not necessarily come out all at once.
You can do a liver cleanse right after
The Master Cleanse if it only lasts 7-10 days. If you go longer than 10 days, then you will need to resume eating and consuming some healthy fats before doing a liver flush. Since even a very mild fast like
The Master Cleanse pretty well shuts down the digestive system you will need to get your bile production up before you can have a successful liver flush. Even if you just go 10 days on
Master-Cleanse I suggest you break your fast with fresh pressed apple juice, dilute it at first. Drink the apple juice, along with the
Master-Cleanse drink or whatever you are using to break your fast for three days. On days 2&3 after your fast ends try taking 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil once or twice a day to stimulate your liver. Warning! This may make some people nauseous depending on how easily your body goes from fasting to eating. If you can't deal with one tablespoon of olive oil, then there is almost no chance you can drink 1/2 cup of oil, so be prepared to postpone your flush. On the third or fourth day after breaking your
Master-Cleanse fast, do the classic
Hulda Clark flush.
There is usually no reason to do the
parasite cleanse first, unless you have obvious symptoms of parasites.
