I am not really sure if there is a direct correlation between over/under weight and the success of a first flush although I would be curious to know the consensus. I was overweight when I started. I am still but not by too much for my height, etc. I did not get anything on the first flush. It took me until number 4 to get anything substantial. I was so motivated by the stories I saw here I kept going because I wanted to get a lot like everyone talks about here. :0) I believe my liver was very congested with junk. I did a round of Gold Coin Grass, one bottle of Livatone, one bottle of a Liver Cleanse supplement with bupleurum and then started using malic acid. (all of this through the course of 1 year) Like I said, from #4 on I have mostly always gotten a lot out although I am finally slowing down in number of stones now with #20 coming up next week. I have had a lot of improvements: right sided neck and shoulder pain finally fading away, upper back and spine in general is more flexible, skin looks better, my brain is clearer and more open, NO more heartburn, 2 bm's per day instead of one (that's always a good thing), sleeping better, more energy, better hormone function, and the best of all is not gaining weight. For example, through the holidays I ate whatever I wanted...BAD...and I did not gain any weight. I also have a flatter stomach now probably more because of bowel cleansing but I'll take it! :)
Hope this helps! And Happy First Flush!
