Ozone and electro medicine have their uses but are complicated, have a learning curve and usually are misapplied, however I would advise you keep learning about them.
If you want simple I strongly suggest you start to take your gut health very very seriously. What I am talking about here is making your own fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir.

I would just like to clarify that you must make your own fermented foods don't be lazy and rely on store bought kefir or pickled vegetables as they are not the same as they have been made with useless commercial cultures and have then been heat treated and basically killed. It's dead food and what we want is living food - made in your own kitchen.
The only thing you need to make suerkraut is cabbage and sea salt, that's it!
