In the beginning I would use a garlic press, and squeeze about 3-4 large cloves at once onto a plate, and mix it with a teaspoon of plain yogurt, mixing in the skin from the press also, spoon into the back of my mouth and swallow with a glass of water.
Now I just chop finely and smash to allow the oil to come out, and swallow like a bunch of pills. Every now and then I still smash them with a press, and also take a few in large pieces that I score with a knife, like the size of a large vitamin pill. I do not chew cause I would not be able to handle that. I used to love garlic, but not enough to chew it raw. It has to be raw to kill parasites.
At first, especially on an empty stomach, it would make me nauseous for a little bit, but now it has no effect on my stomach. I have days when I almost totally fast except for fiber, and hit them with garlic several times during the day, the results have always been a big kill.
I know that others have tried garlic and not been successful, but I have managed to get them down from a heavy infestation causing many problems internally, to just a few, without having them migrate from my intestines to other parts.
The only time I felt them in other areas was when I took Wormwood
. As soon as I stopped taking the herbs they returned to the intesines. So now I am on and off the garlic, and I am pretty sure there are just a few left, and instead of seeing hundreds weekly, I get maybe one a week. Garlic has so many other benefits, such as purifying the blood of the toxins the worms leave behind, it's a natural antibiotic, to help with any infection they are causing inside of me, and since they comprimise my immune system, it could be preventing me from catching any virus that comes my way these days.
It's not for everyone, but if you think you can stomach it for a few days, it might be worth a try to see if it works for you. Good Luck.
