Hi all,
Just wanting to know if this is normal. My first flush was really successfull, I passed about 100 small green stones, and 2 larger hard tan ones. But I didn't have any colonics or enemas. The second one, I did a cleansing enema on the day, then followed the same protocol, and the next day I just didn't need to go to the bathroom that much. Only got out about 40 small green ones that day. Now I'm on my 3rd, I had a colonic yesterday, and it is now 9.00am and I still don't need to go to the toilet. I think it's going to be another uneventful flush. Could it have something to do with the colonics/enemas? Is this normal?

MoreThis is a reply to # 171,296Every flush is different for everyone. I didn't get nothing but chaff out for my first 3 flushes. How long are you waiting between flushes? Maybe it's not giving the gallbladder enough time to push them forward.
I think everything is going fine, no need to worry.

I have waited a good 2 months between flushes. About an hour ago I chugged the salt water flush drink - 1 L SW! Yuk! Anyway it worked and has triggered my bowel movements. I have just passed about 80 green ones, and some really big too, bordering on hard.
Thank god for that SW, I did not want this stuff left in my colon.

This is a reply to # 171,307what i've found is that the colonic cleans me out so well that i don't go to the bathroom that day and even the day after. the next day, which is the day after the day after, :-) i'm returned to normal.
seems to be a run around here that people have a few sucessful flushes and then some duds.- SWF with Epsom really made me sick Sonja500

This is a reply to # 171,309During that cleanse, I was sooooo sick. Bed ridden for hours, and felt like fainting. I think I overdid it with the ES and the SWF. Do not recommend that to anyone! But, I think I passed about 180 odd stones.
Interesting what you say about the colonics cleaning you out so well. I was looking for some info on that and couldn't find it. I think it does too. So, how do you get all those stones out then? Obviously with my experience, there is a lot in there.
I think if I do this again in the future I will not take the morning ES mix, and just the SW mix, and also cut the ES down in the evening too. It just isn't doing the business for me. But, I'm seriously thinking about doing a more gentle daily flush rather that this one anymore. It writes off nearly two days for me...and today was really really bad.

To really get the stones out you better stick to this flush. Believe it or not after awhile it becomes a regular day, my main thing is that I know I need a bathroom the next morning.
You might consider drinking enough water, though you won't get out a real BM, you will get buttpee. The good thing about that is that it is easy to see the floating green "peas".
Often when people don't feel well it is because they did not drink enough.

in order to make the cleanse alittle easier, i don't take the full epsoms dose. taking a smaller dose, like 1/2 tablespoon in each serving hasn't seemed to alter people's sucessful flushes. and i don't do the swf in the morning, i just do the 2 epsoms servings with 1/2 tablespoon epsoms in each.
the colonic doesn't interfere with the stone output. it just gets them out of the colon faster, without you seeing them unless you're able to see the colonic water as it passes. regardless of whether you do a colonic the next day, the stone release process is finished before the morning after you took the oo.

This is a reply to # 171,382The reason I ask is that the Epsom Salts were not giving me butt pee anymore, just nothing. I drank a lot of water too.

This is a reply to # 171,383actually i wait for the second day after the flush to get the colonic. if i do a flush on sat. night, i get the colonic on monday. i don't do it before that cuz i want to wait until the stones are all in the colon. it takes time for them to travel from the small intestine, where they get dumped from the liver, to the large intestine where they can be removed by the colonic. i used to wait an extra day, but it seemed like a bit too long to let the stuff sit.
i don't do a colonic beforehand, even though andreas recommends it. my butt would be just too sore! but before i did the first liver flush, i did some bowel cleansing. in fact sore-buttitis is one reason i don't flush as often as every 2 weeks - i know i need colonics but my butt wouldn't be able to handle it!
