Apparently, the woman who was doing it regularly, recommends for 2-5 days dry fasts that it is good to drink a lot before the fast, then no contact with water at all. After two days of dry fast, if you break for two days, first you drink water as much as you want, then after 2 hours you can eat a naturally set yoghurt, and no vegetables, no bread at all. If there is no yoghurt, you could use milk or fish/chicken broth. Then eat everything. And it can run like that for a month: 2 days fast, 2 days food, then again. She does not recommend to start from the three, four or five days, it might be harmful, she writes, you need more experience to know what to expect from your body.
This method suits those people whose body can retain water and fat well, others may not benefit.
But there were others, who were doing it for up to 15 days, although just once, without repetitions.
