I've had bad bad insomnia and then sleeping real late in day to recover on & off for years. Someone here mentioned using Cortisone cream orally for AF. Well I applied cortisone cream to a rash the other night and I stayed up until 5 am!! I haven't had sleeping problems like that in a while. My heart was beating way too fast.

Does anyone get a rush with creams like this and does anyone have sleeping issues with AF? Thanks in advance.
