Rainy, you are more than OK. You don't need to build up reserves after a short period of time.
Kygirl, the reason I advised you to refeed, even after such a short period of time, is just to give yourself time to gather strength for an extended fast. You need to reconsider all the facts, and carefully plan around it. You need to build up your reserves as much as you can, just to feel psychologically inclined to fast for a very long time. 28 days? More or less.
And I tell you this because your high blood pressure is really very dangerous. It can be healed with fasting. But you need a long fasting period first, followed by good eating habits later on. If you can do this, your BP will be and STAY low.
A short fast will not lower your blood pressure for more than a few days (you had proof of it). Hence, you need to prepare your body/mind for an extended Water Fast. If you start your next fast immediately after this one, you may be run the risk to stop it soon again. (it does no mean you can not try it since I can be very wrong about this).
There is nothing like an strong resolve and determination in life.
