I'm planning my own fast, beginning this January 6th. Eager for your continuing reports--your approach to hunger is rather unique. I'll have to try it. I've water fasted twice in my life, once, seven days, and the other, ten.
With the seven days fast, I fasted because of a nearly impossible work deadline. I literally did not have time to eat, and I needed total focus, not to mention, a full day's worth of concentration. Managing the hunger was rather easy. I broke the fast with young coconut water--it tasted amazing!
However, with the ten day fast, I was dealing with different issues. The hunger lasted through the fourth, and into the fifth--it was different, and very difficult.
Anyway, I've been mentally preparing for months, but I have to admit, a sense of dread has mixed in with anticipation. I'm ready, but aware of the challenge.
