I usually exercise daily--sometimes twice a day, and don't usually do it on flush day. But this past time, I actually forgot I was flushing and jumped on my trampoline for while. It didn't hurt me, I don't think--but I also didn't get the amount of stones out that I normally do. Not that I'm blaming exercise, in fact I thought jumping might push some of them downwards. Just be careful of steaming---you don't wanna dehydrate yourself and you know it doesn't take much during a flush to do that. If you feel good and have the energy to do it--personally, I say why not?
