Best of luck. My 10 days has gone by actually pretty quickly but am lucky have the free time to do what I want most days to keep my mind occupied. There is pretty much no physical hunger after 2nd or 3rd day .1st is likely the worst for sure.
I think energy dips initially in the first few days then improves as you body switches over to fat burning and the ketones start happening. My energy does seem pretty good but do take green tea supplements.and few other things but you can read about that in my posts.
I am 99% sure can make it to 14 days past that will see but unless something really not good happens plan to continue for at least several more.
