Roothie you gotta be cool with exercising when fasting. From the vids I've seen Zumba is a pretty vigurous workout. When you are fasting your metabolism is slowed and that also lowers your blood pressure. Add doing only half rations of lemonade where you are getting minimal carbs for energy and it's all adds up for a formula for trouble. Could possibly be that your system is working something out toxin related but because of the combo of factors above I would say it's more likely that your blood sugar got low and also the lower blood pressure and that is what made you ill.
In my MCs I also use half the syrup but on days when I've worked out I go full ration. The other time I got real wonky and nauseaus on the MC was on a job where I couldn't stop to even drink water so I blame that on dehydration. When I stopped and sipped down a qt of water I felt fine. Are you drinking water in addition to the lemonade?
Glad to hear you're doing mo bettah. Dunno that bile would be an issue when fasting as it's release is precipitated by ingesting fats which you are not doing when fasting.
I hafta be cool with the lax tea as my system reacts harshly to it. I can only steep mine for a quick 3 minutes max or it will make me nauseous and give me cramps all day long
For me the 2 huge things when towing the line and eating well are drinking 12 to 16 oz of fresh made veggie juice daily and a power drink I make using a "food based" supplement called Vega which I make with apple juice, Kefir and at least two tblsp of hemp oil. I have also been known to add Maca and Spirulina and even hemp protein.This combo pretty much covers the base essential nutrients including live enzymes. The Kefir adds probiotics and the oil giving me the essential fatty acids. Czech out the Vega stuff. It was designed by a world class veg head triathelete. Everyone I've turned on to the stuff loves it. Maybe sparklyglamgirl (Barbara) will chime in and tell you how much she likes it.
