To rebuild the flora you need fermented foods and prebiotics.

Stools are made of bacterias and undigested fibers. So if you're gut flora is in bad shape, you will experience such problems, bu I think that you ingested too much oil and now you have these loose stools.

I have had pretty serious GB trouble for most of my life.
Been doing flushes for around 5 years and use epsom quite often.

I doubt that ES is causing the loose stools if you are not taking it now although if you are taking a magnesium supplements it may have made you looser as will some foods, such as prumes, grapes and high doses of Vit C.
