It's been my experience that taking a bunch of vitamins taxes the body more than it helps. I found it is 1000x more productive to eat the foods that nourish your body with these vitamins, and eliminate the foods that deplete your body of vitamins (refined sugar, man made fats, caffeine, drugs).
The foods that I have found that dramatically help with Candida are raw coconut oil and oregano. Coconut oil, oregano tea and oil of oregano are extremely helpful for me, BUT when I remove these from my diet my Candida comes back... which is making me think that the Candida is merely of symptom of some other underlying issue (as the previous poster noted).
I have several Amalgam
fillings which I'm going to have removed. I cannot say if this is the cause of my issues and candida, but even if it isn't, I'll be glad to have a metal-free mouth regardless.
The key is to find the underlying issue/illness. Pumping your body full of supplements may help in the short-term, but most likely wont resolve the issue.
My thoughts are with you, I am currently very sick too, so I know it is no fun.
