I have a postive E. Hystolitica titre. I also presented Charcot Leyden Crystals in his stool before that. Could I have positive round worm infection. It would be more feasible than disentary.

You should treat Entamoeba.histolytica. Charcot layden crystals are a sign of Amoebiasis.
You need a drug that kills the trophozoites and other that kills the cysts.
Ask your doc for Flagyl 500 MG tid and Humatin 1G tid ( doesn't bypass the gut).

How large are the ameoba cysts. My doc is talking about it being a "legal" issue, so sent me to another doc. This sucks, I appreciate your input.

What do you mean about the size of the cyst and how it can be a legal issue? If you are positive, you should treat it.
The cyst size should be around some micrometers. Not sure.
