I just found this brief article on beta glucons. I was worried about taking it because its a type of yeast, but I may have misunderstood. Its oat fiber and its supposed to treat candida and boost the immune system. i never see anyone on here mention beta glucons much so I thought I would put the idea out there. btw, Im not endorsing this site and dont know anything about it. I tried it, however...did not exercise at the time. Perhaps that bis why it didn't seem to do much for me...I may have some left and as lately I have been exercising...maybe can help?
