Or for free you can try FAST-5 website. You could also do one meal a day or eat every second day but think the first one is the most reasonable.
I am doing Water Fast
for 40 days I am heavy and have lots more to lose. Down 30 on the water at day 20.Hope to be down 50 at day 40. Then juice for few and fruits and vegs for few days then back to near normal and start up eat stop eat. Do that and also do aerobics 5x week walking ,treadmill,bike whatever and try some type of weights 3x week.
Those last 15 should come off and stay off.
Also you could do another water fast.likely could lose on 14 days water about 20 to 25 pounds
and you said you only had to lose 15 but 5 to 7 or so will come right back they are just water weight from salt and carbs and food in digestive track. So if you dropped 25 you could gain back 10 be at goal and keep it off with eat stop eat and exercise. Eat stop eat is not restrictive really you can eat that dessert here and there and indulge in forbidden foods. Learned from experience that if you make a food forbidden you will crave it and may really binge on it.
I have zero intention of going permantently raw or low carb or having to always figure my carb/protein /fat ratios daily ,count carbs daily,any of that crap.Eat stop eat is likely the answer. Its not hard at all to do.
And Water Fasting
is easy as juice or easier once you get past first couple days and you won't need to do likely more than 14 or so maybe 21. You lose weight twice as fast as juice when water fasting.You can get low energy so if you have hard physical job then you are better on juice but to lose 15 on juice likely take 30 on water as said 5 or even 10 is water and food in colon and stuff and will come back on refeeding.
I use green tea supplements they help energy and also supposed to speed up weight loss and are good for you.
they really helped me get thru first week or so on water.now 20 days later on water here I am.You are lucky you don't need to do 40 days like me. Heck I should be doing likely 60 or 80 days but will see how it goes after 40 and do eat stop eat for month or so. then maybe only do another 20 or 30 day water. 20 seems pretty easy ,but am starting to get bored with it.
