Strongyloides are disseminated under the skin, but not in packs. Round worms live in your colon, and filiarisis you won't have unless you live in Africa. Why on earth would you need a punch biopsy? You can't diagnose these things with a punch biopsy. If your doctor is willing to take your money, he's taking you for a ride.

I think the best way would be to have the saliva tests offered by DiagnosTech Labs. Also another type of saliva test if available from some Hulda Clark practitioners or from a lab in Switzerland (synchrometer testing). A Dr specializing in parasitology could figure out the tests you might need for systemic, not intestinal, parasites.

Hulda Clark did find filaria in quite a few of her patients in the US.

Yeah, you shouldn't be doing a punch biopsy for that. You should be taking a parasite test; however, they normally show up negative.
