Ok; when you take Iodine
in high dosages the body are in need of some other minerals / vitamins in equally high dosages.
If not that would be putting super gasoline on your car, but not enough water and oil to handle the heat.
A multi vitamin is not enough I am afraid; but it seems as if it is enough selenium for the time being
Salt (or rather the chloride in salt) is what pushes bromide out of the Iodine
receptors. We are talking about real salt, not table salt
is a good place to start.
(You can buy the salt elswhere, but the info he has got me going on himalaya salt some years ago. I love it)
Salt and water is one of the companions that eases the detox period. vit C another.
Magnesium are better taken without calcium, I prefer citrate or malate; it really works for insomnia if taken in high enough amounts. Try 4-600 mg throughout the day.
