No idea how hard that would be to pull off. But it sounds like a good idea. The psyllium would probably help with hunger and also help get toxins out of the body. Not to mention once you're colon is cleaner helping the absorption of nutrients from the juice and losing more weight.
Thing is you have to drink water constantly or you get clogged up beyond belief.
Take it on its own, not with food.
Start with a 1/4 dose and build up to full strength gradually so that you can judge the correct amount.
Double your fluid intake.
