I have been trying 2 sources of ionic minerals -
1 - A mineral blend called Concentrace from a lake in Utah
2 - A drink called Sole every morning (made with Himalayan Crystal Salt and water)
Both are supposed to be excellent sources of ionic minerals, and I have noticed some remarkable improvements in my health. The Concentrace seems to be giving me some sort of bloating feeling, so now I am only taking the Sole.
But is there any difference between what I get from Concentrace and what I get from Sole.
