I've done 5 flushes so far (the 5-th a few days before New Year) and know that I need to do more. Also done Bowel Cleanse in January and Master Cleanse in February.

Now, I'm not sure what exactly contributed to, but yesterday I went to see my periodontist and do teeth cleaning by hygenist - and the first time in 40 years I did not have plaque to speak of and the worst area in my gums was so much better than average that I had for years and years.

I can't believe I went through all these surgeries and deep cleaning procedures, when all I had to do was cleanse my bowels and liver.
