3 QUESTIONS ABOUT SELENIUM:
1) Which would be the best obsorbed and most bio-available for me?
- SelenoCysteine (Selenium Cysteine - says 40 MG per tab)
- OR L-Selenomethionine (200ug)
- OR Bound Selenium? (100ug)
2)Why does the SelenoCysteine say 40MG per tab, isnt that too high? Think it might be a typing mistake?
3)Will the selenium be better if it says 'ORGANIC' on it?
