I have seb derm and dairy is by far the biggest culprit.

Other things that cause problems: gluten, caffeine, and vinegar.

Seborrheic Dermatitis is curable, but you must look deeper into the body, my medical docto told me don't have time to look at the root cause told to see naturopathic if I wanted to look deeper

I must agree with you about the zero carbs and/or low carbs get rid of the sleepiness, the brain fog, the tiredness, up and down high and lows and the bloated or edgy feeling your body has when on mega carbs. I went on low carbs I had the keto flu, within three days, but I drank Sea Salt one or two teaspoon in warm water, magnesium, and potassium you will come out to the other side a stronger person,healthier and more clear person There is fast you can do on Sea Salt , kale, onion and garlic boiled in water and just drink the liquid for two days this kills candida big time. and it gets the body ready to go low carb it is a healthier start
