Okay, today I'm doing my 2nd liver flush. My first one was 3 weeks ago so it's time for another, the last time I passed about 150 stones and had good success. So far I've eaten a no-fat breakfast (brown rice w/ spices / stevia, and an apple), and I'm planning on having a nice bowl of steamed veggies for lunch. My question is, if I want to get a little aerobic exercise today, 30 minutes to an hour, what effect will that have on the flush if any? Has anyone had it help them get more stones since exercise can improve liver function? I'm planning on abstaining from all solid foods at noon or 1pm, and staying off my feet for the most part from 3 or 4pm on.
