You're definitely on the right track with a raw diet and lots of juicing. But gradually and properly you need to get off the pharmaceuticals.

And given being overweight, on pharmaceuticals, and probably an un healthy Diet in the past, you should absolutely/immediately start with a colon cleanse. You'll drop some weight, make it easier to stay with a healthy diet, feel amazingly better, and allow more of those great nutrients you're getting from juicing etc to be absorbed by your body.

I used the Colonix product in the past and had great results, but there are lots of ways to go. But find something that works and do it. You'll be amazed what it does for you and it will make this radical diet (and health) transition easier to tolerate and be successful with.
