I don't know what your problem is. I was giving you a possible explanation for why you did a liver "flush" and then went a found out you had so many Gallstones it was recommended that you get the gallbladder removed.

I also think your anxiety was caused by a tremendous strain on the adrenals caused by fat fasting before.

...and P.S. Did you actually have those "stones" analyzed by a lab to figure out what was in them? If not, then you have no idea if they were stones or not. They could have been little round clumps of feces comprised of the oil, juice and salts you consumed during the flush. Which is the more likely case anyway.

Having had a massive panic attack where I thought I was dying and called an ambulance myself I understand how traumatic it is and am sorry you experienced such a thing.

They are sometimes, but not always caused by weak adrenals. Mine were caused by my adrenals, but lots of other things can too. Thyroid issues, intestinal issues, candida, mineral/vitamin deficiencies, pituitary/hypothalamus problems, low blood Sugar unrelatd to adrenal problems, high insulin levels, high blood sugar....too many to name them all.

Sometimes it's idiopathic too. When you mentioned not being able to breathe I thought allergy first, not panic. Were you having an allergy symptoms too?
