Society is so acidic that a lot of websites will use the alkalize craze to promote their products. I do best with a slightly acid forming diet. Too alkaline=constipation/bloating Too acidic =inflammation/bone+joint pain

Helmax, here is an interesting pdf I found... it dispels the myth of the candida diet and antifungals, but suggests the use of lactic acid producing bacteria and avoidance of alkaline-producing substances. It also recommends H202 therapy... have u tried that or know of it's effectiveness?
